No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You also expressly authorize and provide prior express written consent to be contacted by independent, third-party licensed insurance agents, insurance agencies, or insurance marketing organizations acting on behalf of licensed insurance professionals, regarding life insurance products and services.

• Text messages (SMS/MMS) for verification and service notifications
• AI-generated messages
Contact from independent licensed insurance professionals may include:
• Telephone calls
• AI-generated messages
• Calls using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You understand and agree that:
• Multiple independent, third-party licensed insurance professionals may contact you
• Your consent authorizes contact even if your phone number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry, and regardless of whether the number belongs to a wireless device or is used by another subscriber
• Consent may be revoked at any time through any reasonable means
You may revoke consent at any time through any reasonable means, including by replying STOP to any text message, emailing [email protected], or making a verbal request to any party contacting you. If you wish to revoke consent for contact from a specific insurance professional, you should exercise your opt-out rights directly with that party. To revoke all consent through QuoteBooster, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request and take reasonable steps to communicate your revocation to Connected Professionals who have received your inquiry.
Revocation of consent for SMS does not automatically revoke consent for voice calls unless you clearly indicate your intent to revoke all contact.
5.1 SMS Program Disclosures
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
No mobile information or phone numbers collected through this Service will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors providing support services on our behalf, such as customer service or platform operations, is permitted solely for those purposes.
